GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court of England.

| TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE OF SERVICES |

| Our payment policy is as follows: |

Invoices will be issued at least two months in advance.
|
|
|
|
As before there will be a 14 day period for the invoice payment.
|
|
|
|
Late invoice payments will now incur a 5% charge of the invoice total. If the total outstanding is not received within 14 days of the due date the service or work relating to the invoice will be suspended. This may result in your hosting and domain renewal expiring and the service going offline. In most cases we can reactivate the service quickly once payment is received.
